Strategy
The Fund seeks to increase the value of its assets over the medium term by investing in shares issued by European real estate companies, or companies that operate in the European real estate sector. The Fund does not invest in real estate directly. It is actively managed and as such may invest in securities that are not included in the index which is FTSE EPRA NAREIT Europe (25% UK Capped) 8/32 (NR) (Lux tax rate). Income are systematically reinvested. Investors are able to redeem on a daily basis (on Luxembourg bank business days).
